| Joe Hertzler, local landscape designer and contractor, will present solutions for landscape challenges provided by Hurricane Isabel. He previously presented "Designing with Nature", sponsored by James City County, and a repeat performance of "Stone in the Landscape" this year at the annual York County Master Gardener Horticultural Extravaganza seminar. | |
